We’re looking for a Tender Manager to write business proposals in order to win new business for the organization and be the face of EBS Integrator. We are interested in hiring a real team player who is ready to collaborate, learn and grow within the Business Development department. 

As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, creating, and submitting bids for identified tenders. 

A top-notch Tender Manager will be able to write effective proposals while adhering to budgetary and time constraints. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a sound understanding of the industry, and be able to communicate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Identifying opportunities for tender proposals; 
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation; 
• Interacting with the BA department to evaluate the costs and elaborate the proposals; 
• Writing and editing proposals; 
• Presenting compelling proposals; 
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines; 
• Maintaining the tender database, records, and related documentation.

Job Requirements: 

• Proficiency in English/Romanian/Russian, both spoken and written; 
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time; 
• Well-developed negotiation skills; 
• Good planning and organizational skills; 
• Self-discipline and integrity; 
• Good team player.
