Job Description:

• Monitor internal systems for enhancements and bug fixes;
• Work with internal teams on new requirement and features for development and communicate across all teams for cross functional dependencies;
• Test new tools and systems before release to the business and to clients;
• Record system accesses to external systems for security and data control;
• Set up client accesses to Moorwand test and live systems;
• Participate in client calls to perform system demos, answer set up and integration questions and resolve any ongoing problems;
• Daily system reconciliation and control.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with fluent written and spoken English;
• Understanding or experience in banking or the payments industry is a plus;
• Analytical skills, good attention to detail and accuracy;
• Good team player;
• Good time management and multitasking skills;
