We are looking for a Specialist (m/w/x) Operative Procurement  to join our purchasing team in Chișinău (Moldova), starting as soon as possible.

Job Description

• Responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day operations
• Monitoring and careful checking of all processes in operational purchasing
• Communication with our suppliers and customers by phone and email
• Handling customer and supplier queries, such as ensuring hassle-free returns processes, processing credit notes and refunds, checking order statuses, processing cancellations, etc.
• Ensuring on-time supply of the end customer by our suppliers

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in operational purchasing and an interest in IT topics is desirable
• Your organisational skills help you stay on top of things and quickly find successful solutions
• You have excellent communication skills and a service- and customer-oriented approach
• You want to delve into new topics and expand your specialist knowledge
• You have excellent Russian and English language skills; knowledge of German is a plus
