You will be responsible for leading the evolution of our brand strategy, brand awareness, and marketing positioning. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to drive the development and execution of brand strategy and brand foundational work.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Launches and oversees marketing campaigns for Retail Segment;
  • Accountable for marketing KPIs for the tribe to achieve long term goals;
  • Optimizes campaigns and marketing efforts within the teams;
  • Designs tests and other initiatives to optimize campaigns to drive optimal messages to target segments;
  • Participates in development of marketing plans, sales forecast, profit and expenses for assigned products or other marketing opportunities such as promotions, packages and incentives;
  • Identifies target segmentations and defines product positioning.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Creativity and strong analytical skills;
  • Experience in marketing, brand management;
  • Experience in campaigns management;
  • Knowledge of the Retail business;
  • Knowledge of banking processes/products specific to Retail customers;
  • Customer orientation.
