You will be responsible for identifying potential threats, analyze their impact on the business, and develop strategies to mitigate any negative consequences.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Manage operational risk by:

• Defining, collecting and monitoring operational risk indicators;
• Developing and maintaining models used to predict potential losses from various types of risks;
• Developing and implementing new risk management strategies that help reduce risk exposure or increase profits;
• Operational risk reporting;
• Supporting the self-assessment of risks related to the Bank's operations and activities;
• Proposing measures to prevent/mitigate identified risks;
• Identifying operational risks associated with new products/processes/procedures.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Graduated in economics/finance/IT field;
• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage;
• Experience in operational risk management;
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills;
• Ability to work independently and in teams;
• Knowledge of Basel III would be an advantage;
• Advanced knowledge of English would be an advantage.
