Information about the position
The Data Developer / Modeler will join a highly collaborative team of architects and developers creating logical and physical data deliverables to produce applications for the IBM Consulting business. The data deliverables focus on logical modeling, and then the physical design and configuration of physical structures with a heavy emphasis on SQL development for data retrieval. The Data Developer / Modeler will work closely with the Application Developers to educate on data structures, and tailor the SQL for optimal data retrieval. This position will be an assurance point for good data management practices across the team and solution.
