As a Data Analyst, you will take on the mission of customer analysis and segmentation, conduct data mining to implement a unified cross-selling strategy and personalized offers, provide data visualization, research data sources to enrich the customer profile.

Main job responsibilities

• Study the main sources of data, conduct data analysis
• Setting tasks for the data load command
• Research and deep analysis of business procesess based on data
• Customer segmentation, profile discovery
• Analytics Visualization
• Customize reports from the CRM to maintain the statistics of customers behavior up to date
• Work with different employees to enhance customer care, sales and marketing based on the CRM data

Required skils and qualifications

• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or Statistics
• 2+ years of experience in banking/telecom/insurance
• Advanced experience in data management platforms( MS SQL, MySQL, Postgre SQL)
• Knowledge of data and visualisation tools such as Power Bi, Tableau
• Analytical mindset and detail- oriented personality
• Knowledge of methodologies and Data preparation tools, Data quality assessment, Data processing, experience in their application
• Programming skills sufficient to develop a complex analytical solution within
