We are looking for talented individuals to join our Customer Support team to provide the highest quality support and problem-solving for customers integrated into our platform. 

The position provides a convenient work schedule as well as the opportunity to practice German and improve communication skills. We are looking for a person interested in a long-term cooperation and willing to respond to customer requests and solve product problems with the team. An analytical mindset and creative approach will come in handy.

You will:

• Communicate with customers through tickets and chats.
• Make records about customers in CRM and Google Sheets.
• Consider complaints.
• Report technical and other problems to your manager.

We expect you to have: 

• Experience in operating or supporting a 24/7 high-availability service/platform.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of spoken and written German.
• Be able to work day and night shifts.
