To strengthen our purchasing team in Chisinau/Moldova, we are looking for a Accountant Invoice Verification (m/f/x) to start as soon as possible.

Job Description:

• Goods control against the invoices
• Team work with other colleagues from Berlin, Odessa and Szczecin
• Work with the system AWS / Invoice verification in AWS
• Communication with suppliers
• Reporting missing articles in AWS and in Google SpreadSheet for a mismatch repot

Qualifications:

• You have completed commercial education, a university degree or further training as an accountant and have already gained some professional experience.
• You have experienced knowledge in the efficient use of an ERP / WMS system
• You have advanced knowledge in MS Office.
• You enjoy working with numbers and are able to check over mitakes and to find the best possible solutions
• Your working style is characterized by conscientiousness, a sense of responsibility and reliability
• You have an independent, structured, transparent and reliable way of working as well as an affinity for numbers and an analytical way of thinking
• Your profile is rounded off by a good english knowledge
